A la Réunion, le Letchi trouvera sa place aisément dans vos apéritifs, digestifs, plats cuisinés et desserts notamment avec l’approche des fêtes de fin d’année. Nous ne serons pas les seuls à l’apprécier puisque les abeilles raffolent du nectar des fleurs de Letchis pour nous livrer un miel de très haute qualité et réputé à la Réunion.
